Smoked Pork Spare Ribs

My Smoked Spareribs.

I smoked them @ 230 for 6hrs using just applewood charcoal in an offset smoker pit. Tenderness were just right, not fall off the bone, but not tough. And, I used Adkins bbq rub for seasoning. Delicious!
